Family Support Services Center Workshop:

"Male Involvement"  will be hosted at the FSSC on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 between 9:00 to 11:00 AM. This workhshop will be a conversation on promoting positive male involvement as partners and fathers. This will be open to everyone! check out the flyer HERE.

Alameda Head Start in now accepting applications for children 0-3 and pregnant women. Stop by or Main Office at 2325 Clement Ave, Alameda CA, 94501 and ask the front desk for an application for the Head Start Program. This is open to all in the community You do not have to have delivered at Alta Bates to attend. Parking is street parking (the garage is super expensive so avoid that option!) There is a scale and changing area set up for each session. Both parents are welcome if you are parenting with a partner and Visiting grandparents or others are welcome too

It is the same fee regardless of whether it is one parent or more 

You DO bring your baby!
We feed, change, comfort while talking 

It is free for the first time and $10 drop in after that
Or you can purchase a pass that is $45 for 5 sessions
There is a low cost option by request
$25 for 6 sessions 

I will be out for recovery from surgery after Halloween until January

Briana Hodgson- one of our amazing location consultants who is also a mom and nurse and all around lovely and wise and supportive person will be facilitating the groups until January

Help us make this year's benefit Holiday Home Tour another fabulous success. Volunteers (docents, ticket takers/sellers, problem-solvers and great thinkers) are needed for the planning stage (already underway) and for the day of the event.
